We conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys in each region and receive thousands of responses on how well UNIGLOBE® performs in customer service. This client feedback is then utilized to improve and develop each region and agency. The responses further help us in better calling on new corporate prospects.
The 2014 survey results confirm our high service standards approach.
